Renting your RV to Photographers and Film makers

Find an area that has a lot of Photography or Film Production. You can find out by going to the Film Office, of state your in, through the office of Visitors Bureau.

Ask if they have a listing for RV/Motorhomes for Productions. Contact, photographers and film producers in the area.

Get listed, call any that are listed, tell them your in the area, and would be willing to
rent if they have a booking they can not take. Offer them 10%

Be prepared to show up early and have your RV used by talent and crew to do Hair and Make up, Change wardrobe or to be a coach for a celebrity. The hours are typically 10-12 hours. The RATES!!! 500-1000.00 per day. You keep it picked up, help out when the crew needs AC, power etc.

I have a 10x10 pop up and provide additional shade and chairs for extra's and additional crew. I also have a portable, rolling rack, folding make up chair and some folding tables, I provide, coolers and garbage containers, Fan's and heaters as needed.

I am in Florida and a lot of production takes place here. Typically I earn 7000-15,000
per year renting the RV.

The production company and photographers provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming it additional insured. No one drives it but us and we do not transport talent or crew in it.

***ed. comment*** I hadn't ever heard of this opportunity... But it sounds like a pretty nice deal for the right people! anyone else who does this... let us know how it worked for you!***

I sold my vintage camper to a friend and she has rented it out for a photobooth for weddings. I rented it out to a couple to use for an extra bedroom during the holdidays.
